Day to day problems can easily ruin people in their jobs, school, social situations, and hardships in life. Especially those with mental health problems. Always remain calm, and take deep breaths. Inhale good thoughts, exhale bad thoughts. Breathing really helps in the darkest of times. Simple, easy, and free.

Understand that life happens and unexpected things that you never thought of would never happen. Make this a reality and have acceptance. But EVERYONE IN THIS EARTH is beautiful and deserves happiness.

Have patience and realize you don't need to impress everyone you know. It takes time for mental health to be fully achieved but do small things for yourself and start in the present moment. I do guarantee you that it all takes time. Always think of love and everyone as one, and the connection all living creatures.

Realize that people have their own problems with their own families, people, and their day to day routines, so never take things personally.

Talk to people like a mature adult if you have problems with them.

Stay sober to handle situations to have a clear head. Doing things intoxicated in a bad mental state will make you regret everything.

If it feels like the end, have hope and keep trying. Never give up. See the light in the darkest of paths.
