health management for the mind/overcoming social phobias

the petals hold different purposes just like you.

1. Go out of your comfort zone and smile at people

-Remember, if they don't want to communicate with you, it's their choice. That's fine, their is other people out there. Don't try so hard to impress other people.

-never mind what people say and just express yourself, we are all gonna die anyway

2. Know that imperfections make you unique

-Stop complaining, embrace yourself and your weirdness because no one is like you.

3. Don't talk to people for advice, make friends you trust.

4. If you hate someone, talk to to them and wish them the best. Converse with them rationally and let them know their faults.

-Negative people are a challenge, but let be, and do positive hobbies for you.

5. Listen to beautiful music you enjoy and keep dancing.

-I really love punk, disney songs, contemporary r'n'b and rap. Everyone is so different. Your true colors are what make you precious.

6. Keep other people happy.

7. Keep an open mind but be respectful of other people's opinions.

8. Research positive affirmations.

-I know it may sound silly but it really helps and will make you feel more confident about yourself.

-What you think you become. Instead of saying you can't, say you can and will.

9. Don't make the situation worse.

-Keep thinking smart thoughts but don't overthink and dwell too much. Control your thoughts.

10. Believe in "what goes around, comes around"

-Be friendly. Small gestures make the difference.

11. Stay simple and relaxed.

Stay smiling and have confidence.
