How to handle emotions from stressful situations.

The most simple technique is deep breathing. Inhale good thoughts, exhale bad thoughts. Deep breathing allows more concentration and flow from the body. Focus on one matter at a time. Don't let people take control over your confidence. Feel your emotions. It's fine to cry alone in your room, or journal, or just dancing away the stress. These positive habits will fight back the drama you encountered.

1. Realize on how unexpected life turns out to be.

2. If a new battle goes within you at the worst points in your life, relax, and know that this isn't forever.

3. It takes time to recover from a life changing hardship, but make small steps everyday to better yourself.

4. A glass of water, or a shower, or just reading funny Instagram posts can help your mood.

5. The past doesn't define who you are. Live presently, and look forward to the next day.

We are all one in the world. There's a reason for everything and each human life is worth something.

Understand your emotions. Do small positive activities that are simple to better yourself. And know that tomorrow is another opportunity to improve.

That's all I have for right now. But know that life is a challenge, but on how you react, that is what makes life beautiful. We are all humans, we are not perfect. But each life is worth something and everyone deserves to be happy. Let the past be, and do all the activities you love to do. Adulthood is challenging but relax, and go along for the ride.
