How to Heal


Take your time, there is no rush. Never mind what people say.

Re-discover who you are and what your purpose is in life.

Let go of the past and tell your story to those who are interested.

Love conquers all.

You are more than your mistakes.

Stop wasting time on negative people and find activities you enjoy.

1. Realize the problem, and what caused it. Take responsibility

2. Take control of your life.

3. Don't be a loner! I struggle with social anxiety and remember every word and detail said to me. Seek help from people who are willing to reach out.

4. Do things that increase your dopamine.

5. Simple replacements to cope with stress include reading something interesting, drinking water, jumping jacks, music.

6. Have patience. I'm an Aries and can be spoiled sometimes. c:


Whether if your a nihilist, atheist, satanist, or whatever you are. I feel that we all have moments in our life when everything changes, where we go through a hard time. Every person deserves the best and deserves to be happy. If a a life event randomly strikes you, you can choose how you react. The universe tells you a lesson and it's up to you to find out what the teaching and theme is. Everything is temporary. Life is a journey and just keep smiling.

Another person cannot accept you when you don't accept yourself first.
