Struggle to be Perfect/ Mental Health Challenges

Social Anxiety, Paranoia, are all tough to conquer. But it is possible.

The lessons I learned from my experiences is to never rely on people for advice unless they are a professional in the matter.

Another person can't fall in love with you, unless you yourself accept all of your beautiful imperfections.

Don't be afraid to meet new people and make new friends whether if its joining a free club or by going to a gym class. Talking to people online is also good. Relax. Stretch and loosen your muscles. You maybe holding on to muscles in your shoulders and in your mouth without even noticing.

Be chill and be mindful and calm with your surroundings.

Everyone has done bad things, learn from the past, use it as a learning experience, and keep moving forward with a smile on your face no matter what you have done. The past does not define you even if it was yesterday. Take it minute it by minute if you have 2. Never take anything personally from any person no matter how close your relationship is with him/her.

As a kid aging throughout the years, I've always been awkward in social situations when it comes to family and friends. I always had to be perfect but in reality, no one is anyone near close to being perfect.

When the timing is right, everything will fall to place. No one knows the future, so go with the flow and enjoy the present moment.

We are all beautiful in this world. All life is precious and is worth something.
